A place of safety, privacy and
confidentiality. A supportive environment with space and
opportunity to be listened to and heard. An opportunity to explore
inner conflicts, worries, anxieties and unresolved issues whilst
being gently guided and supported through the counselling process.

Although trained in the
Psychodynamic approach I tend to work eclectically using several
different methods depending on the client and the given situation.
The counselling I give is client led and focused and I find it
useful to remain flexible in the way that I work so that the client
may benefit fully from the counselling process. I work on a long or
short-term basis with many issues such as anxieties, fear of the
future, depression, unresolved issues from the past, stress,
self-esteem, forgiveness and general counselling. I work with adult individuals
of all ages, male and female.

I believe that with the
help of a good therapist, it is possible to find a way forward and
to be helped to work through issues of deep concern that can feel
overwhelming at times. I believe that given the freedom to explore
your inner world and the possibility of discovering for oneself how
to discern between what serves you and what does not, counselling
can be a stepping stone towards a greater awareness and a more
fulfilling sense of Self. Ultimately, counselling can bring clients
to the realisation that,
there is another way… |
